The system requires a highly stable 380V (three-phase, four-wire) power supply equipped with a dedicated ground wire and a 100A leakage switch. Additionally, your facility will need a compressed air source delivering 0.2 MPa for the automated abrasive system, and a clean water supply with an inlet pressure of 2-4 KG/cm² providing a minimum flow rate of 8 liters per minute.
During the heavy welding and manufacturing phases, steel structures naturally develop internal stresses. By subjecting the X and Y gantry beams to a specialized low-temperature annealing process, these stresses are safely and permanently released. This prevents the heavy-duty frame from warping or losing its geometric accuracy over years of bearing heavy loads, ensuring decades of precise cutting.

This physical barrier prevents contamination, drastically reducing mechanical wear and the frequency of manual greasing.
The intensifier pump is equipped with a comprehensive, omnidirectional safety suite. This includes real-time pressure detection sensors, automatic limit alarms, and auto-shutdown protocols if the pressure spikes or drops unexpectedly. Furthermore, the advanced auto-regulating pump stabilizes the low-pressure water intake, preventing harmful cavitation and protecting the expensive high-pressure cylinders from internal damage.
