The machine requires a 380V (three-phase four-wire) power supply with a dedicated ground wire, connected to a distribution box with a 100A leakage switch using 16 square cables. For the water source, an inlet pressure of 2-4 KG/cm² and a minimum flow rate of 8L/min are necessary. Additionally, a 0.2 MPa compressed air source is required for the abrasive delivery system.

The lifespan of high-pressure components is heavily dependent on water quality and thermal management. Our system utilizes a 37kw motor paired with a dedicated cooling oil pump and advanced water filters. By maintaining optimal hydraulic fluid temperatures and ensuring ultra-pure water reaches the intensifier, the degradation of high-pressure seals and check tubes is significantly delayed, ensuring long-term stability.
Prior to our technicians' arrival, your facility must unload the equipment and place it in the designated operational area. You must provide lifting equipment (such as soft slings and wire ropes), basic hand tools, and necessary materials like 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil and machine tool lubricating oil. Furthermore, all external power cables, water pipes, and air lines must be routed to the installation zone.
